What does setup cover?

A founder configures channels, the practice area, routing rules, acknowledgements and team access. Go-live is targeted within 7 days after scope and prerequisites are confirmed.

How does the pilot work?

The pilot lasts 60 days. The subscription then continues monthly. The contract sets out cancellation terms, amounts due and data export.

When does the No-Miss Guarantee apply?

A failure covered by article 4 results in the €600 deposit being returned, the setup balance being cancelled and the malfunction being corrected without charge. The contract specifies how subscription fees are treated.

What about firms with more than 20 lawyers?

We define a proposal around your offices, practice areas and workflow rules. Changes in firm size and their billing effects are agreed before application.

Is there a fee per user or enquiry?

The subscription is fixed for the team within the agreed scope. There is no surcharge per user or enquiry. Each additional practice area costs €295 excluding VAT per month. Extra services appear in the quote.
