What is Lorne & Vale?
An autonomous executive assistant for managers. You describe what you need in a sentence. It asks a question if something essential is missing, writes and sends the emails, follows up when nobody answers, and reports back. You keep every decision.
What can I hand over?
Anything that moves by email and needs someone to follow it through: confirming a delivery, chasing a quote or an invoice, collecting a missing detail, getting an answer from someone who went quiet, or triaging an urgent customer email.
Will it act without asking me?
Within your rules, yes. It writes only to the addresses in your request or in your answers, sends at most six emails over seven days for a request, and brings spending, bookings and contracts back to you. You can pause, resume or cancel any request at any time.
What happens if it is not sure?
It asks one clear question, often with ready answers, instead of guessing. One tap and it carries on.
Who sends the emails, and where do replies go?
Your assistant sends them through Lorne & Vale on your behalf. Replies come straight back into the request, where you can follow every step.
Where is my data stored?
In the European Union, where the application runs too. Documents are sealed with post-quantum encryption, and identifiers are replaced with tokens before any text is sent out for analysis. More on security.
Does it work on Mac and Windows?
Yes. The web platform runs in Safari, Chrome, Edge or Firefox on a Mac or a Windows PC, with nothing to install. It also works on a tablet or an Android phone. The native app is made for iPhone, and both share the same requests. Discover the web platform.
Where do I sign in?
On the web, at lornevale-platform.com, with two-step verification. On iPhone, in the app, which then opens with Face ID.
Which languages does it speak?
English and French, in the app, on the web and in the emails it writes.
Can my whole team use it?

Does it read all my email?
No. It works on the requests you hand over, and on nothing else unless you choose to connect more. Before any text is sent out for analysis, names, email addresses and other identifiers are replaced with neutral tokens, and your data is hosted in the European Union. See how your data is protected.
