Set up, on your own or with us

You set up your workspace in a few minutes, or with a founder on a 20-minute call. Your target is written down, on your assistant’s work. By default: within 7 days, every request ends with an answer or a question for you. Nothing is left hanging.

Your assistant at work

It writes your emails and follows up when nobody answers, on your own tasks. Every decision stays yours.

The review, together

We read your workspace’s record together. Target met: you continue on your plan, with no commitment. Target missed: we refund the first month, to the card or account you paid with, within 14 days.

The pilot’s rules, in black and white

A written target before you start. It measures your assistant’s work, never another party’s reply or your own results. Unless we agree another one in writing, it is the default target.
Measured on your workspace’s record. Every action your assistant takes is dated and linked to the one before, and the record’s checkpoints are signed: a change, on your side or ours, would show.
At least 10 requests. The review covers your own requests from the pilot that have had their 7 days to reach an outcome. Fewer than 10 is too few to judge.
What does not count. Time a request spends waiting for your reply, requests you cancel or pause, those held up by an access or a detail missing on your side, and what the service does not do: phone calls, post, payments, signatures.
Refunded without asking. If the review shows the target missed, we refund your first month to the card or account you paid with, within 14 days. You decide whether to continue or stop.
Once per company. One guaranteed pilot per company, identified by its SIREN number, and per group.

How we price it

A price you can check

Three rules decide what you pay. We publish them, with the assumptions behind them, so you can test them against your own numbers.

One price per company

Your whole team shares one workspace and one allowance of tasks. Nobody counts seats, and a new colleague costs nothing extra until you pass your plan’s limit of people.

You pay for tasks, not for software

A task is one request handed over, from your first message to its outcome, with its questions and follow-ups. Bigger plans cost less per task: €2.49 on Team, €1.83 on Business.

Priced against the work it replaces

Used in full, each plan costs less than half of what the same chasing costs when a person does it. The calculator below tells you, with your own figures, from how many tasks it pays off.

Extra tasks cost more than tasks in the bundle, on purpose. Past about 200 tasks a month, Business costs less than Team with extra tasks, so moving up is always the cheaper move.

AI email tools cost less because they do less: they help you write and sort, but each task starts when you trigger it, and you still send and chase. Questions about pricing

How does the first month work?

It is a pilot. You set up your workspace on your own or with us, and your target is written down, on your assistant’s work. By default: within 7 days, every request you hand over ends with an answer or a question for you. Days when it waits for your reply do not count. You use your assistant for 30 days on your own tasks, then we review the results together, from your workspace’s record.

What if the target is missed?

We refund your first month, at the price of your plan, to the card or account you paid with, within 14 days, without you having to ask. The review relies on your workspace’s record, which keeps a trace of every action your assistant takes, and covers at least 10 requests. Read the pilot’s rules.

Why is the target about the assistant’s work?

Because that is what we control, and what you can check. Whether a supplier replies, or accepts your terms, is up to them: when someone goes quiet, your assistant follows up twice, then asks you whether to wait or write to someone else. The record shows each of those steps, with its date.

What happens after the first month?

You continue on your plan, billed monthly, and you can stop at the end of any month. Or you stop, with nothing more to pay.

What is the founding price?

The first 10 companies to subscribe to Team keep €149 a month, instead of €249, for as long as they stay subscribed, even if the price changes later. It is our thank-you to the companies that help us shape the assistant. If you later move up to Business, the Business price applies.

Why one price per company, not per person?

So your whole team can use it without counting seats. What drives our costs, and your value, is the number of tasks handled, so that is what each plan includes.

What counts as a task?

One request you hand over, from your first message to its outcome, including its questions and follow-ups.

What happens beyond 100 tasks?

Nothing stops. Extra tasks are billed on your next invoice, at €3.00 each on Team and €2.50 each on Business. Past about 200 tasks a month, Business costs less than Team with extra tasks, and we suggest the move.

Can I change plan?

Yes. You can move between Team and Business at the start of any month.

How do your prices compare with a virtual assistant?

A freelance assistant in France typically charges €30 to €55 an hour. One hundred tasks of about 10 minutes is about 17 hours, so about €500 to €920 a month. A full-time employee costs at least about €1,900 a month to employ, at the minimum wage. Lorne & Vale does not replace human judgement: it takes over the chasing, so that your time goes to the decisions.

How do your prices compare with AI email tools?

They typically cost about €20 to €50 per person per month, and they help you write and sort your email. You still send the emails and chase the replies. Lorne & Vale takes that part off your hands and sees each request through, so it is priced per task handled instead of per seat.

Are the comparison figures exact?

No. They are typical ranges from public price lists in 2026, and our own assumption of about 10 minutes a task. Use the calculator with your own numbers: if a person costs you less than the plan at your volume, it tells you.

Write to us. We agree a price for your team and your volume of tasks, invoiced by LORNE VALE SAS.
